Riya Travel And Tours - Missing Some Site Seeing

This about the compaint about riya travels.
We go for a honeymoon package
Because of new place we don't know anything we just enjoying the environment.
As per there schedule they didn't follow so we ask for refund because some missing site seeing

There vehicle has some engine problem.
And also blaming us we are the reason for.

Really disappointed experience with riya.
