Hard Rock water sports - Women Abuse And Murder Threat To Passengers

I am writing this mail to complain against 2 parasailing operators who abused us and threatened to hit us with a rod in the middle of the sea. This incident happened on 4th Dec 2021.

Situation: We are a group of 5 people who booked parasailing tickets with an agent. 4 of us did parasailing in groups of 2 and 1 is left over. For that 1 person, the operator sailed him in a hurry without giving him time to hold up and got him on board in less than 10 sec, Parasailing did not even happen at all. When asked to re do the sailing for this person, the agent lifted a steel rold and threatened to hit us with it. All the passengers in the boat agreed that it is not properly done, he shouted at all saying it is none of their business.
When I spoke up regarding my brother, he used abusive language and asked me to stay put because I am a woman. They threated to get us all murdered with their so called union groups and said we cannot do anything to them.

I am shocked by the audacity of the operator to speak this way to tourists and his guts in even saying do whatever you want.
We captured video with all proofs and I am attaching the video and photos of the operator involved.

Please let know the action that would be taken here against these people and I wish no one else faces this situation when they come to relax and refresh on a vacation.
