Goibibo - Twice Deduction Of Amount

I had rescheduled my flight tickets and goibibo deducted the amount twice for the same flight. Had tried to contact customer care but none of them were available to help. Had even mailed to customer care but no one has replied back to me. It's very disheartening to see such huge company gives such pathetic after sales service. If this continues i would never recommend it to anyone nor will use it.
