DiaSorin Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd - Waiting For Invoice Copy + Gst Certificate

I am writing on behalf of DiaSorin Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd and this is in regard to the pending invoice copy and GST certificate which we have not received for 2 months against the accommodation booking which was done in Feb 2022.

When it comes to payment, the hotel asks us to do the advance payment and posts that they have a poor approach towards the customers.

We are doing constant follow (through calls and emails) but there is no response. There is no response from the GM of the Ahmedabad branch too which is disappointing and it clearly indicates that they have poor customer-centricity.
